Longhorn H.O.G. Chapter #1961 will be hosting a Cookout Event on October 17th at the Longhorn Harley-Davidson dealership.
Do you know someone who would be interested in riding with or joining the Chapter? The H.O.G. Cookout is a great way to introduce them to the Chapter and Chapter Members!
We are in need of a few volunteers for this Event. Please check your calendars and contact Ron Collier if you are able to help. Registration is recommended for Active Chapter Members but is not required. No pre-registration is required for non-Members to attend so invite your friends and family!
Event Volunteer Opportunities
Setup/Prep:10:30AM-11:30AM
Cooking: 11:30AM-2PM (Serving 12PM-2PM)
50/50 Winner will be called @ 2PM!
Teardown/Cleanup: 2PM-3PM
Remember that the Chapter is hosting a quarterly volunteer rewards program for participation in Chapter Events so please consider getting out for the Spirit Ride prior to our Cookout and then come for the food and fun!
